Summer Peach & Goat Cheese Crostini

Ingredients

  • French baguette
  • Goat cheese
  • Nectarine or Peach
  • Fresh Basil
  • Olive oil
  • Salt
  • Cracked Pepper
  • Balsamic (optional)

Directions

Cut bread into thin slices and lightly coat with olive oil. Heat a skillet or griddle to medium-high heat. Toast bread 2-3 mins on each side or to desired texture of toasted bread.

Once toasted, begin assembling – spread a layer of goat cheese, top with a thin nectarine slice, basil leaf, olive oil, balsamic, salt, and pepper. Enjoy!
